Topical Outline of OIS’s including |
three implementation phases
key details |
|
Phase I |
OIS prescriptively improves the profit of some of Optilogic’s products and Analytic Partner’s product, Commercial Analytics. For Optilogic, it does so by eliminating those products’ assumption of a fixed forecast. For Competitive Analytics, it does so by eliminating its dependence on COGS. In both cases there is no involvement with the clients’ budgets |
| Phase II | To improve the partners’ clients’ profit, OIS is invoked to improve the profit of the clients’ budgets. This is not necessarily an offering either partner will choose to make. However, the business case supporting the offering will be compelling for some clients. There is involvement with clients’ budgets |
| Phase III | To further improve the clients’ profit, the clients’ budgets are discontinued. OIS then provides the clients with the most profit possible. |
