The most import consideration for OIS’s Phase II is that it is completely contingent on a profitably successful OIS Phase I. Until then, OIS Phase II is moot; it is “to be.”
It is, however, a significant improvement on the profit enhancements OIS Phase I provided. However, to attain the profit improvement, unlike Phase I, the client must engage with OIS. Specifically, OIS must have access to the clients’ budgets. And, this client involvement is a new business model one or both partners and some clieents may not want to under take.
The good news is Phase II’s business case is compelling and may be the tie breaker for the clients. See OIS Phase II: more profit in association with the budget for details..
