Unlike OIS Phase II, OIS Phase III has nothing to do with the partners’ business models changing. Rather it is only the clients; specifically to uninstall the budget to obtain the most profit possible. And, in fact there are really two Phase III implementations. Phase II (a) is the one described, above; OIS Phase III (b) is the second one. Interestingly, it provides, in fact, more profit in addition to most profit possible of OIS Phase III (a). And it accomplished this by changing the corporate culture from keeping the budget’s actual costs under control to redesigning the departments’ activity costs to improve profit beyond OIS Phase (a).
